Personal data submitted through the enquiry form is processed to receive and respond to property enquiries, arrange requested follow-up, maintain a record of the enquiry and consent choice, and operate and protect the website.
Marketing communications will only be sent where the individual has separately opted in or where another lawful basis permits them.

Submitted information is recorded electronically and sent to the sales contact so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Access is limited to authorised persons who require the information for the stated purposes.
